When I contact Valerie directly, she always either answers the phone immediately or calls me back the same day. Shed is very quick to make any requested changes and always sends verifications of these changes right away. She also recommends services that may be helpful without being too pushy. I love that she’s willing to spend extra time on the phone with me to make sure that I fully understand my coverages–what is or can be covered and what is not. She also helped me to find the perfect balance between deductibles and monthly rates. Valerie is very personable and communicating with her feels as if I’m communicating with an old friend. I would recommend her to anyone seeking auto, home, renters, or life insurance and also wants a close point of contact who shows great pride in what she does.
I don’t have much contact with Val on a day to day, week to week, or even month to month basis, but when I need something, she (or her assistant) is right there to help me. When I had to file a claim last year for some damage on my car, she walked me through the process and it was a breeze. When I wanted to add renter’s insurance to my policy, she and her assistant walked me through the steps of evaluating the value of my assets and finding the right coverage option for me. Val also has everything available online, and she sends me copies of everything by email so that I have it on hand. I would probably recommend Val if someone were to ask me about my agent.
