1. This agent has always been helpful and expeditious. She’s always walked me through anything I’ve needed help with. Always searched for lower prices when asked. Although all agents want the renewal bonus so they have to be reminded but they are always very good about it.

   I’ve been with June since 2011. She’s helped me handle claims and bill pay. I’ve enjoyed working with her very very much over the years. There is no one else in the immediate area that does better business. I insure my cars with her and get a multiple car discount along with other discounts and credits she has helped me get. I inure two cars with them and have always had good experiences with both.

   I plan to get a renters insurance plan through June but have not yet gotten around to it. Im sure that when I do June will make the process simple and expeditious. I once had a problem where my insurance was cancelled and wound up having to pay a lot for it. June emailed me repeatedly but never called me. I suppose I’ve always thought that was slightly unprofessional but I did offer the email as a contact option so I am also to blame.

   Overall I’d rate my experience with her highly and recommend her to any friends or family members that might ask for a suggestion of which insurance agent they should use for their insurance needs. She is also located very close to me which is very important in the event that I need to bring a check in person or make a cash payment which they are happy to process.
