She helped me when I was in an accident and the insurance company wanted to total my car. After talking to the auto body and the insurance company directly, I was very unhappy and the auto body and insurance company were not working together very well. I stopped in to let her know that I was going to be switching insurance companies after this claim was completed and why and right away she got on the phone and contacted managers at the insurance company to find out what happened, make her displeasure known, and got them to work better with me. Within a day she had the issue resolved to my satisfaction. Ultimately, she got them to fix my car without totaling it. Also, she is generally very responsive when I have questions about my insurance needs and/or want to make changes to my policies.
