William helped me receive a great policy with better coverage that competes fairy with other insurance companies and what they have offered me. Also, it is very convenient because he is within 10 miles away from me whenever I need to meet with him. I was able to get a plan that was under $200 a month for my black coupe, and we all know the coupes are pretty expensive when it comes to insurances. I will continue to go to William, and Geico as a whole, because their customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. I got in an accident last april, I was rear-ended by a car that was uninsured. Fortunately, William was able to connect me to a proper claims specialist and sort that situation out for me. They are now out to chase him for the deductible that is owed to me, which is $500. I have faith that they will take it back swiftly.
I first contacted William when receiving multiple quotes from a lot of different insurance agencies. After speaking with him on the phone, he gave me a very low rate and I accepted. When William was helping me he is always very courteous and attentive to my needs as a customer. If I need my rate lowered, he can usually find a way to do it. William has been my insurance agent for about a year now. His customer service skills are mostly what makes me want to stay with GEICO; having a helpful representative is key should I ever find myself in an accident. It may not be the lowest rate I could find, but I am also paying for the support that I receive from William which makes it worth it.
From the moment that I signed up for my auto insurance William has been nothing but completely helpful. Every time I have a question that is probably trivial he treats it is as if it is of up-most importance and reply’s in a timely manner. I have only had to file a claim a couple of times but when I have had to the process was always very quick and most of the steps required were handled for me allowing to continue with doing my daily activities. The staff at the office is also really helpful in the event that William is not in the office on a given day. All in all William has provided me with a great insurance policy and I would happily recommend him to anybody who is seeking our auto insurance.
