We originally contacted thinkbank regarding mortgage, but soon ended up with a checking account as well as an insurance agent. It was very convenient to have it all set up in one location. All three staff members including Kristin were very good at what they did, yet down to earth people. Convenience is a big thing to us, especially since we just moved into the area, and the fact that we could get everything rolling in one sitting was amazing.
As for Kristin, she was responsive in my emails to her, and was always willing to talk over the phone. After the initial interview, she pretty much handled everything and got it set up for us. Also, our insurance is cheaper than it could have been, and much cheaper than our coverage in Arizona, but with the same amounts of coverage.
I’ll be using Think in the future because it’s local, and I can talk to people face to face, and they have all the products I need.
