Matt Thurman took over after Paul Crawford retired. I cannot say enough good things about Paul Crawford, I always felt like he and his staff were looking out after my best interests. They always went above and beyond, and all it took was one phone call. I am not as familiar with Matt Thurman, but he kept most of the old staff, and that was enough for me. I trust them. I can call with questions that I know that I should already know the answers to, and they are always patient and kind and never treat me like I should understand my insurance better–this is their business–and the are very professional and tell me what I need to know. I have never had to file very many claims, but the ones that I have had to file were simple and mostly handled by the staff. I guess maybe I love the staff more than the agent, but they come with him.
