When I signed up she didn’t really review my coverage options, deductibles, etc with me. We were in the process of buying a home and we were in a hurry but I still would’ve liked to have my options reviewed. About six months into it I got a call requesting me to come into the office and review my coverage. I don’t really want to have to go into an office in this day and age and felt the time to review my coverage shouldve been when I started the policy not six months later. When my annual renewal is up I will probably review other options. She was very friendly but it was just a bit of an irritation to me. I also prefer to do most my transactions online. Oh and it was also a bit difficult to get ahold of her. Lots of phone tag in the beginning.
