My experience with this agent has been terrific. They are very outgoing and supportive. They email and follow up call with me. They make sure everything is good to go and taken care of in a timely manner. They are local and provide excite customer service. The rates are also very reasonable and provide flexible cost. I came over from state farm and it’s been a world of difference compared to them. They act more family like instead of just trying to get another policy opened up. Just the feeling and rates alone make them far superior to me. I’ve been very happy with them. All of the agents under Jon go out of their way to provide great service and make sure all of my needs are met for me and my family.
I met Mr. Tolly at a wine festival in a nearby town. He had a booth set up. He complimented my Cubs sweatshirt and we started talking about baseball. I live in Missouri so it’s uncommon to find another Cubs fan around. It was a casual conversation that steered towards the direction of insurance. My wife and I just got married and we have not put our policies together. I ended up getting a quote from him and after a couple of weeks my wife and I decided to switch over to American family. He was happy to get us the best discount we could possibly afford. We have not had to make a claim yet so I can not discuss what that experience would be like. I imagine if we needed to make a claim that Don would be pleasant to work with. I enjoy his friendly demeanor whenever we have to talk. We usually start our conversations on small talk about sports and insurance is usually one of the last things we talk about. Insurance is a complicated topic for me to discuss and I’m glad there’s people like Don that are able to explain the policies in simple and easy to understand terms. He is a pleasant fellow to work with and I believe he has me and my wife’s best interest at heart. I wish more insurance salesmen conducted their business in such a professional and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else.
