I have been with this agent for many years now and have not had a single negative issue. Previously, my mother and father were clients. So, it was natural for me to go with this agent. Multiple members of my immediate and extended family have been involved in the insurance business for decades, so needless to say, standards are high when it comes to auto insurance, business insurance, health insurance, etc.
I have rarely experienced any negative issues over the years, but whenever I have, they have been very minimal. If there are ever any issues with billing, policy changes, general questions, etc, they are quick to contact me and address any issues that may arise.
I have had many different vehicles insured with this agent over the years including an S 10 pickup, a Chevy Silverado 1500 single cab pickup, a Volkswagen Jetta, a Ford F 150 single cab pickup, and even a water ski boat. All rates were reasonable and all policies chosen were fairly comprehensive.
Any time I have had an issue with a policy claim, this agent is quick to help me out. I have been in a hand full of minor accidents over the years, and they were always happy to assist me in these times of need. Whether it was my fault or the other party, they always helped me to resolve any issues as quickly and painlessly as possible.
I really appreciate all of their help over the years and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance in the future.
