She makes a real effort to go the extra mile during every interaction. She always makes herself available, even when nothing is previously scheduled. She inspires confidence through her professionalism, which in turn, gives me confidence in my policy should I ever need to file a claim. Linda is friendly, approachable, and doesn’t mind answering my many questions, which I’m sure sometimes come off as being pretty naieve on my part. She takes the time to explain policy changes to me when I have trouble understanding them on my own and always has candy on her desk for her clients and water and treats for their dogs. Moreover, she promptly returns both phone calls and emails, often even over weekends or holidays.
