My neighbor recommended me to visit her because I got into car excident and was talking to him how bad my car insurance was and how disappointing i was. He told me about Alice Chan and told me that it is 2 min drive from where we live. I looked up her office and was surprised because i drive past her office every day. I decided to go there and I scheduled an appointment. It was a very easy. I explained to her what my problems with other insurances were. She was very detailed and patient with me. She gave me so many option to choose from. She didn’t lie to me about pricing. Even if policy was more expensive she told me that it is too much for me and I don’t need it. She explained to me where I should have better coverage and where I can save few bucks. At the end I had two options that I had to choose from. I asked her if she can print it out for me and I can shoe it to my husband and she was totally OK with it and didn’t pressure me to make my decision right away. After talking to my husband he went with me back to her office and switched his car insurance too. So I was very happy with the service”

I was first introduced to Alice Chan through a close family friend who has been a longtime client. Alice throughly explained my policies to me and went over various policy options with me to make sure that I picked the right policy at the right price. She helped me to handle a claim when I got into a car accident and we were able to get this done very quickly and I was kept updated on the status of my claim throughout the whole process. Based on my experience with Alice and her office I would recommend her to friends and family members who need auto insurance.
