1. I have been a customer of Eric Little’s for about a decade. I just went in for a review of my policies and Eric took the time to thoroughly go over all of my policies with me. Insurance is boring stuff but Eric was able to keep my attention because he’s not just incredibly knowledgeable but so funny! I left with even better coverage than I had before. Even with giving me substantially more liability protection, by reworking my deductibles and some additional discounts I was able to get, I barely have to pay any more on my monthly insurance payment. I can’t say enough good things about Eric and his staff, especially Sara. Whether I’ve been confused about my bill or have had to submit a claim, they’ve always been friendly and have fully explained in a way that I could understand. I highly recommend Eric Little and his staff!! “

2. I was originally quoted a lower price by one of the agents employees in the office then at a later date was told that I cannot receive the price that I was quoted due to not qualifying for certain discounts. I was not happy, but stayed with the office anyway. On a few occasions, my bill was incorrect so I called them and they fixed things right away. The customer service is very quick to help and they are very polite at the office. I feel like I could probably get a better price with another company. My car insurance is a pretty good price, but my wife’s insurance seems a bit high. I have stayed with this company despite probably being able to get a better price elsewhere because I feel comfortable with this office and with State Farm and don’t want to go through the hassles of shopping for insurance coverage.
