James is by far the best insurance agent I have ever worked with. I don’t know how, but he always knows me by name when I go into the office, even when I don’t call first. He is always pleasant and very friendly. He takes his time with me every time I go in and answers my questions. He has also found multiple discounts for me on my policy, and makes recommendations as they come up. He has filed paperwork to the BMV in my state when they have required me to. And he does all of this very quickly, on the spot, even with no notice. He is a really nice guy, and I am glad that I decided to try this agency out. I will definitely stay with them for a very long time to come, as it is a very personal experience when ever I go in there.
