My husband and I were in the process of buying our first home. It was an exciting time but also stressful and scary. My cousin had got me signed up for car insurance through Farmers but shortly after he quit and referred me to Llyod. Which I am glad he did. Llyod helped get our home insurance all set up quickly and with the best price. Buying our first home came with a lot of challenges and I felt that I could talk to Llyod has if he was a really good friend and he understood. He was very patient and kept us in the loop with quotes and pricing. Through out the years I have kept in contact with Llyod when ever I had a question. He has always been there to return my phone calls with the proper information that I was looking for.
I started out with Farmers because a family member was working for them and when they left the company my new agent Lloyd called right away to let me know he would be assisting me in future and asked if I had any questions or concerns at the moment. I did have some and informed him of them. He said he would look into the questions for me and get right back with me. He called me back within the day and resolved my questions. I was very pleased with his quick response. I called him several other times through out the year. I needed home owners insurance and fearing it was going to be a processes Lloyd assured me it wasn’t and that he would handle everything and get back with me in a couple of hours with what I would be paying monthly. He followed through and called back a week later to follow up and make sure everything was going well. He is easy to work with and easy to get along with.
