I haven’t talked to him a lot, but I had a sit-down meeting with him and we discussed my insurance plan. He seemed nice, and took the time to explain every type of insurance they offer and what he would recommend. I’ve also had issues with them because they cancel your insurance right away if you are late even one day, I don’t feel that is right. They also sent me a letter in the beginning of the year saying that I was going to lose my house insurance for a vague reason. I later got a letter from them to ignore that letter, not sure what that is all about. Overall, they have been average in my opinion, I plan to stick with them for now but I have looked at other options.
