They have been extremely helpful, as well as friendly and courteous. It took a few days to get everything set up, but they kept us aware throughout the whole process. They found extra discounts for us, and the cost of the insurance was much less than i had expected that it would be so I was very pleased with that. They helped us upgrade from liability to full coverage on my vehicle. We did have a few hiccups with the homeowners portion of the coverage, but overall I have been extremely satisfied with my agent. I would definitely recommend her to others.
