About 16 months ago, my home was broken into. The office staff were so helpful. They told me who to call to come secure my picture window (the point of entry) right away; they emailed me the forms I needed to complete for the claim and walked me through the completion of those forms on the phone;I was able to send the completed forms back to them and they faxed them to the claims department, and I had my check within 3 weeks, with no disputes and without me ever having to leave my home”
