Steve Heins has been my family’s insurance agent for years now and has always been helpful when we needed to use insurance. Thankfully we do not have that many times that we need to use insurance, but the last time we did he was very helpful and through. A family member had gotten into a car accident about a year ago and she was not at fault, but the other driver was not insured. We contacted Steve and he was able to process the claim in a way so that it did not impact us in a negative way at all. He also was very easy to get a hold of when we needed to talk to him. His accessibility, and high level of knowledge of the way that insurance works, is something that I feel has led him to win so many awards from State Farm. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an insurance agent because he can likely beat/match prices from the corporate agencies, and give you better more personal assistance when you need it.
