My parents have always had Farmers, so I stayed with the company when I got off their policy. Since then, they have confused my parents’ and mine accounts, withdrew money from the wrong account and straight up forgot I was their costumer. They are also not always up-front about increase in prices. Many of our interactions boil down to Sorry, there must have been some mistake. It’s a little frustrating and I’ve considered leaving their services multiple times, but right now they are the most affordable option. I may still find a different company if I leave the state. This isn’t to say they are bad people. As I mentioned earlier, when there is a mistake, they take measures to correct it relatively quickly. Honestly, if my coverage was a little cheaper, I’d be much less frustrated.
