I was with Statefarm Insurance and the agent was a Latino. He was really bad at customer service and I was looking for alternatives. Luckily I found Marco Shoals. He assured be that he would be getting me the best auto insurance at the cheapest price and bang. He delivered on his promise. I went there to get a quote which he adjusted after talking to head office and it was 3 times cheaper than what I used to pay at statefarm. Marco is excellent. I was very impressed with the way he conducted himself in explaining things and not bad mouthing other companies or agencies. He more then hummored my questions as I was trying to fully understand the different options on coverage. I am sure that I could not get cheaper coverage at the other discount agency, I was happy with the quote and policy that I got here in comparison to the other ones, especially adding the value of having a point of contact at a local branch that if I ever need anything is only a phone call away.I would strongly recommend him to anybody.
