I have been with State Farm and this agent on and off for years now. I moved away from them a while back after I got my new car because the premiums they wanted me to pay were just way way too much. I came back to them last year after they offered me a great deal. They took care of me in the past and I was excited to be a part of the State Farm family again. When I had both wrecks in my cobalt they were instantly there to assist and made the process of getting the car back up and running super simple. I haven’t had any other issues with them other than the high price spike which drove me to leave. I look forward to staying with them in the future.
I never had any issues with Jimmie. I wrecked my car twice while under their policy and they took care of me both times without any issue and super speedy. Especially when the air conditioner in my first car wasn’t repaired correctly. They even called to check if I was okay after the incident.
One of the things I liked the most about them was just the pure friendliness and kindness they demonstrated when I was super stressed out and afraid. They also took the time to find me as many discounts as possible and help me maintain whatever discounts I could get. They also helped me get a renters policy that didn’t break the bank for my apartment and made sure everything was covered with no hassle. These guys were most certainly the best.
