My parents have had this agent since I was a small child, as a result; when it was time for me to drive, I ended up getting my policy through them. I was on them even after I got married, so as a result of that, my wife is also on my policy. My family grew, and I needed to buy a home; since they were convenient, and it is so expensive to change to another provider, I got my home owner’s insurance through them as well.
The only time my vehicle had an accident, I was able to use the accident forgiveness discount and I did not have to pay anything out of pocket for the repairs. All in all, I am happy with it, but I wouldn’t mind something cheaper, and often wonder what is out there.
