Recently we bought a new car and he helped us find a better policy than what we had prior for less cost. He has also worked with us to get all the discounts possible on our homeowners policy. He sends regular newsletter emails and has drawings to give away gift cards to his clients. On the birthday of everyone in my family, we receive a coupon for free ice cream at Baskin Robbins. I feel like he always has our best interest at heart. In the newsletter emails he notifies us of upcoming events in our area, news about insurance policies, and tells us about new policies available to us. His whole office has a very personable approach and I feel like they know me when they call. Recently I called regarding my 16 year old daughter and putting her on the auto policy. They told me what causes rates to be higher and how we can keep them lower. I just really appreciate that they are open about getting us the best policy possible, without making it all about how much money they can make. Also we’ve had to do some claims on both homeowners and auto and they were so east and efficient to work with.
