1. I have been working with Chuck for a couple years now. Once I got in with him my sister has used him for a long time, my insurance was cheaper and easier. I go through Chuck for car insurance as well as motorcycle insurance. Chuck has helped me to see what the reasons are for going with a slightly higher grade of inurance, and the slight raise in cost is worth it for peace of mind to me. State farm is the only insurance company I would go with these days just because once I got into an accident Chuck walked me through the proper procedure to get the most out of my claim and get the problems taken care of quickly and easily. I wouldn’t change insurers if it costed less.

2. Chuck was recommended to me by my mother, brother & sister who all have auto insurance through him. He gave me a quote that was on par with the other lowest insurance companies and since he’s local with a good reputation and low prices, I’ve been very please with him services so far. He is also extremely friendly and understanding. In the past, he’s been very helpful in setting up payment plans when we can’t afford to make our payment all at once, which is a service that I’ve never gotten from the other insurance providers I’ve used in the past, such as Geico or Progressive. He’as the kind of guy that makes me feel like a human being instead of just another customer for him to make money from, and I really appreciate that.

3. Any time you have to call, everyone is so nice. If you have questions about pricing or your policy they don’t mind assisting you. They never feel like you’re bothering them. They are quick with call backs and email. A couple months ago I was surfing for other quotes and found that I could get insurance for much cheaper than what I was paying at Chucks office. I called and spoke with him. He went over my entire policy with me and explained why I was paying so much. He then asked probing questions to help me decide which options on the policy I don’t need or require. He was able to significantly reduce my price to where it was only 15-20 dollars more than the lowest quote I had received. With the customer service I receive there, I would never leave just because of 20 dollar difference.
