The agent is great. He is thoughtful, helpful, nice, and always on top of things. He always helps us immediately if we need anything regarding our home or auto insurance coverage. He has helped with three claims so far. When our home burned, he was very thoughtful of our needs and was always available to answer our questions. Looking up his address, however, it looks as though his location has been taken over by another person. If this is the case, and we were not notified, I am going to be very disappointed. If an agency changes hands, shouldn’t they notify the clients? Anyhow, Dan is a great person. When we rebuilt our house after the fire, he was very helpful in making sure we had the right coverage, liabilities, and deductibles for our new house.
