1. So far my experience with this agent has been okay. Not too good, but not too bad either. I’ve had some hiccups every now and then(for instance, when one of the employees there confused me for my sister, and then proceeded to tell me wrong information about my insurance policy based on that, only to find out later that my insurance was close to being cancelled because of her mistake), but overall, the mistakes big or small have been minimal. Also this insurance agency has worked well with me in the past if I have had trouble getting my bill paid on time. They always offer grace periods, and give you time to call in if you won’t be able to make your payment on time. So even with the mistakes, I still prefer to have them as my car insurance company. Plus, compared to the other companies n the area, they’re not too expensive. Overall, my experience has had some bumps, but in long term, it’s been pretty good.

2. I was shopping around for insurance for my car and kept getting some very outrageous and expensive rated. One insurance company told me it would be over Two thousand dollars to insure my car, and that was just for the first six months. I was wondering why my insurance rates were so high, since I’ve never been in an accident, and I’m not a teenager, and I’ve been driving since I was a teenager. My sister told me to call this guy at State Farm, the agent I spoke to was very patient and welcoming. She worked with me for over an hour to find the right plan for me. We spoke and she took my information down, and left for a few minutes to do some calculations. When she came back, I was kind of shaking and nervous because of all of my experiences with the insurance agents I had spoken to before her. She didn’t quote me anywhere near the thousands of dollars I had been given by other insurance companies. For full coverage for a year, I was quoted sin hundred dollars. It seems like a lot at once, but spread out over time, it’s very affordable for me. I was so happy, and relieved because my problem was solved. I thank the agent and began making arrangements for payment. That was over five years ago. I still remember it like it was yesterday, because I am still with this company. State Farm is a very good company, the people I worked with to get me through my problem are excellent and professional, and I to this day I am still grateful.
