I first switched to State Farm because I was previously insured through Allstate and Allstate kept raising their rates until it became very unaffordable for me. I asked friends and family for recommendations and my mother-in-law told me that she was very happy with the service she received from Lara Ross. I called there and asked for a quote and was very pleasantly surprised that it was about half the cost of my rates from Allstate. I very happily switched and have been happy ever since. I have found Lara Ross’ office to be extremely helpful anytime I have contacted them with any questions or to make any changes to my policy. I have contacted Lara Ross’ office multiple times over the years that I have been a customer and the office staff is very efficient and friendly.
