He was very polite and courteous and he listened to my needs. He did not try to sell my an insurance package that I did not want or need. Instead he listened to what I was wanting and drew up a policy that was right for me. He also was able to save me about $25 a month from what I was paying with my other insurance company and I have better coverage. How awesome is that?! I am very greatful to my friend for recommending Joel. I will continue to use Jiel for my fututure insurance needs as I know he is available to help me with any of my questions or concerns and I know he will help me in the best way possible with my insurance needs.
