1. We have had our car and homeowners insurance with this agency for over 20 years. We have always had top notch service, and all of the staff have always been helpful.

   In that time we have had many different vehicles and it only took a phone call to get them insured. We have filed claims for accidents, and they were very easy to deal with. The insurance has always paid our losses, quickly and fairly. We have never felt shortchanged when dealing with car accidents or household issues.

   When we first bought our home in this area over 20 years ago, Chris sat down with us and figured out what we needed for homeowners insurance. He also went over investments that State Farm offered.

   When one of our vehicles was declared a total loss due to someone who was on a cell phone rear-ending our vehicle, the claim was handled quickly.

   Then, another couple years later, one of our cars was hit from behind by a concrete truck. That was also declared a total loss, and State Farm covered our claims quickly, and fought for coverage from the other driver, who was clearly at fault.

   My only complaint is that the agency was in our neighborhood when we first moved here, and then they moved several miles away. It doesn’t matter much because we usually just need to make a phone call.
