1. My experience of buying insurance from this insurance agent was a pleasant one. I had never bought car insurance before so I was not entirely sure of how the process was supposed to work or go. Dan made it easy to understand my options and help me decide which policy and plan was correct for me. He was very good at listening to my needs and understanding what elements would be important for me to have covered and what elements that would not be important or imperative for me to have covered in my auto insurance plan. If I had to do the experience over again, I would not change anything because it was a very easy and fast process the first time around that did not cause me a lot of hassle.

2. Dan is a very nice and down-to-earth insurance agent. He never tries to sell you things that you don’t need, or pressure you to buy more coverage than you need. He or one of his office staff are always available if you call during business hours. They are very polite and courteous. I feel like they all do an excellent job trying to keep their customers happy. Thankfully, I’ve never needed to submit a claim, so I can’t comment on their claim service, however, I feel comfortable and assured that everything would be handled appropriately and timely. One of the main reasons we chose Dan is because he is super friendly and really worked on getting us a great deal on our insurance. We hadn’t planned on purchasing renters insurance along with our car insurance, but Dan told us some reasons why we should consider getting coverage for our apartment. Having both renters and car insurance policies with Geico saved us over $15/month than what we would be paying with just the car insurance.
