Anne is pretty great when it comes to customer services. Realistically, she takes all my phone calls and e-mails and will make sure she is responsive to any minor question I have. For example, my commute to work is not longer as long as it once was. Instead of being dismissive of this she contacted my insurance carrier to verify if this shorter commute would affect my premium in a positive way. After spending the time to do that there was not saving but she still reported that and followed up with me. There is not a detail that is too minor for her to take on. Additionally, I change my carrier about every 2 years. Upon my request she will always look for the lowest quote with the best company while making sure she combines my auto and home. Every time I pick up the phone she is responsive to all my questions and her turn around is wonderful. I could not ask for a better or patience person doing this job for me.
