I have been with this agent for 5 years and I don’t think I would change any time soon because I trust her. I recently got married and I even referred my husband to her. Also I have since moved and the office is out of my way but I will still keep going here even though it is not always convenient. But my agent is very accommodating, even offering to send paperwork via email. Occasionally my agent has offered to review my policy to make sure I have everything I need. I cannot say enough about their service. I was disappointed, though, when my husband and I bought a mobile home and they could not offer us any insurance for it because of the age of the home. However, I do not think this problem was the fault of the agency but rather a limitation imposed by State Farm.
